We are using Intuit Link secure portal for communications between us and the clients. Use Intuit Link portal to submit your documents to us. Please submit the documents scanned as pdf file (s). Returns will be uploaded to Intuit Link portal upon completion for your anytime use.
$250 non-refundable deposit is required with submission of the documents and will be applied to total tax preparation fee.
Complete tax documents package, tax organizer and deposit must be in our office before March 15, 2026 to guarantee completion before deadline of April 15, 2026!
Extensions will be filed for the returns that came in our office between March 15 and April 1. If you anticipate you would owe tax to IRS or state tax authorities, you must request the payment to be made by our office or make it yourself. We will not be responsible for any interest and penalties if you did not ask us to make payment with extension.
No extensions will be filed for completed returns awaiting tax preparation fee payment or signed authorization forms.
There will be a fee of $150 to file extension if you are new client or your deposit to start the work is not received before April 1.
There will be a fee of $225 to file extension if you are new client or your deposit to start the work is not received before April 10 and you requested extension between April 2 and 10.
Last day to request extension is April 10 (in writing via email).
